Focus sessions you can adapt
A Pomodoro timer for one clear task
Pick one task, choose a focus duration, and start the timer. When the session ends, take a short break and decide whether to continue. You can run this timer without an account; move into Zayenha Task if you want to save and track the work.

Focus session
Before the timer
Pick an observable action: “review three pages” is clearer than “study.” Prepare what you need and silence unrelated alerts. Capture stray ideas for later rather than abandoning the session to follow them.
During and after
Work on the chosen action. At the end, note what is done and what remains, then take an appropriate break. Repeat when work needs more time, but do not turn a timer into a punishment for thought that needs a different pace. A deliberate pause is part of the plan.
Where Zayenha Task fits
Adventure view has focus timers tied to your real tasks and an optional motivating scene that advances with confirmed work, not invented tasks. Keep the task and its date in the same system, then choose a view that helps you continue. For the larger plan, see time management or the study schedule.
Common questions
Must a session last 25 minutes?
No. Choose a duration that suits the task and adjust after trying it.
Do I need an account to run the timer?
No. The timer on this page runs locally without an account after implementation; an account is needed only to save and track tasks inside Zayenha Task.
