A personal study plan—not an official academic calendar
A study schedule that tells you what to review today
If you need official term dates and holidays, use the calendar published by your education provider. If you need a personal revision plan between those dates, begin here: list subjects and upcoming exams, then schedule sessions you can finish and review.

Before planning, define the work
List the subjects or units to revise, each exam date from your school or university, and the time actually available each week. Separate first reading, practice questions, and error review. Repeating a subject’s name every day does not show progress. For a specialized test, use its own official dates and your chosen learning materials; this page is not a subject syllabus or question bank.
Example weekly study schedule
| Day | Main session | Short session | Progress note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sunday | A chapter from the hardest subject | Summarize three points | What is clear or still confusing |
| Monday | Solve chapter problems | Revisit two earlier errors | Questions completed |
| Tuesday | A unit from another subject | Recall cards | Weak points |
| Wednesday | Mixed practice | Longer break | An unresolved question |
| Thursday | A practice test from your source | Review mistakes | Next revision step |
| Friday | Light review or rest | — | Rest is part of the plan |
| Saturday | Plan the next week | Prepare materials | Sunday’s first action |
Move the days to match your classes and other commitments. A session might last 25 or 45 minutes or longer: choose a duration you can repeat, then take a break. Do not build a plan that ignores sleep or work.
Make each session a finishable task
Instead of “mathematics,” write “solve ten exercises from unit two and review mistakes.” Put exam dates in Calendar and place revision sessions in available days. After each session, mark completed work and write down the next sticking point. If you miss a day, do not double every session tomorrow; redistribute the most important units.
Use Zayenha Task for study
Create a project for a subject or exam when you need several stages. Use a simple task list for the week, Calendar for deadlines, and reminders for work with a real time. Templates can repeat a review routine, while Adventure focus timers are an optional way to make sessions engaging. See the daily schedule to place study blocks within your day.
Common questions
Is this an official Saudi academic calendar?
No. Official dates come from education authorities and can change. This is a personal revision plan around those dates.
How should I plan for a specialized exam?
Check its official date, divide topics using your chosen reliable materials, and include both practice and error review. Subjects do not all need equal time.
