Privacy Policy

Your core identity (email, phone, name) is managed and protected exclusively by Zayenha Hub; this app never stores your password or payment data, because both sign-in and payment go through the Hub directly (see the Terms & Conditions for detail).

What exactly does this app store?

Zayenha Task stores a simplified account mirror; your tasks, projects, schedules and reminders; plans produced by the AI planning companion; family members you add; adventure progress and sharing links you create; and limited activity and error records required to operate the service. Your device may retain account-bound sync drafts until they are sent or deleted. We never store your password or card number.

Voice dictation and microphone

The microphone starts only after you press the dictation button and your browser asks for permission. Your browser's speech-recognition engine may process audio under its provider's policy. Zayenha Task receives only the resulting text in the field; the app does not record an audio file or upload audio to its servers.

Your rights over your data

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data — email us at z@zayenha.com. Deleting your Zayenha Hub account removes your unified identity across every app on the platform. You can immediately delete this app's content alone from “Delete app data” on your account page without affecting your unified account or subscription.

Cookies and tracking

We always set two essential cookies that need no consent: a session cookie (task_session) scoped to this app only, which remembers your sign-in, and a second protection cookie (CSRF) that blocks forged requests. Only with your explicit consent — given through the cookie banner shown on your first visit — do we enable optional analytics cookies (via Zayenha's central measurement setup) to understand and improve app usage; you can decline them from the start or revisit your choice using “Manage analytics consent” in the footer. No advertising tracking cookies, ever, and we never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

On your first visit we set one first-party cookie (zh_ft) for 90 days that stores only how you arrived (a search engine, a referring site or a campaign link) and the first page you opened, and it is never overwritten; it carries no identity, is never used for advertising, and its values are added to the Zayenha Hub sign-up link so we know which channels bring new accounts. The no-sign-up to-do list keeps your tasks in your browser’s local storage only until you move them to your account.
