Privacy Policy

Your core identity (email, phone, name) is managed and protected exclusively by Zayenha Hub; this app never stores your password or payment data, because both sign-in and payment go through the Hub directly (see the Terms & Conditions for detail).

What exactly does this app store?

Zayenha Task stores a simplified account mirror; your tasks, projects, schedules and reminders; plans produced by the AI planning companion; family members you add; adventure progress and sharing links you create; and limited activity and error records required to operate the service. Your device may retain account-bound sync drafts until they are sent or deleted. We never store your password or card number.

Voice dictation and microphone

The microphone starts only after you press the dictation button and your browser asks for permission. Your browser's speech-recognition engine may process audio under its provider's policy. Zayenha Task receives only the resulting text in the field; the app does not record an audio file or upload audio to its servers.

Your rights over your data

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data — email us at z@zayenha.com. Deleting your Zayenha Hub account removes your unified identity across every app on the platform. You can immediately delete this app's content alone from “Delete app data” on your account page without affecting your unified account or subscription.

Cookies and tracking

We use a single session cookie (task_session) scoped to this app only to remember your sign-in, plus a second protection cookie (CSRF) that blocks forged requests. No advertising tracking cookies, and we never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
