Complete your first task in 2 minutes

Start with the smallest clear action. You do not need to set up a project or choose a permanent view.

Open “My dashboard” and write a clear action, or use the microphone to dictate in Arabic or English until you stop it.
Add the time in your own words or choose it manually, then confirm the date shown.
Select “Add.” The task appears in Inbox or the matching time view.
Start it, then mark it complete. You can undo an accidental completion.

Turn a task into a clear plan

Open any task and add only what you need; advanced fields do not slow quick capture.

Edit the title, notes, task type, and effort, then classify importance and urgency separately.
Distinguish availability, planned time, and deadline; each has a separate meaning.
Split the work into subtasks and choose calendar recurrence or recurrence after completion.
Add a reminder, then save. The app protects changes from overwriting a newer version on another device.

Find every task in the right view

Views describe the state of work and do not hide tasks that are in progress or overdue.

Use “Today” for work due or overdue and “In progress” for everything you started.
Use “All,” search, and filters when you need the full picture or an older task.
Keep waiting and routine work in their own views so they do not crowd the next action.
Start from the “Top 3 today” card at the top of your dashboard — it gathers your important-and-urgent tasks without opening the full matrix.
Archive preserves history; delete asks for confirmation and then removes the task from app data.

Organize a project with stages & subtasks

Use a project when the outcome is larger than one action, and keep simple errands as regular tasks.

Name the project after the outcome, such as “Launch the store,” rather than a generic label like “Work.”
Add sections for stages: preparation, execution, review, and delivery — or dictate several at once by saying "section" before each name.
Starting several projects at once? Dictate them into one field by saying "project" before each name, then add the whole batch in one press.
Give each project a color and icon from the projects dialog, and add tags shared between projects and tasks to track context wider than a single project.
Place each action in its stage and add subtasks, dates, and effort.
Open the Professional lens to see the project portfolio with its colors and icons, each project’s progress, and tasks distributed across “Do now, Schedule, Delegate, Remove.”

Organize a large brain dump with the smart planner

The planner preserves the original text, separates actions, and verifies coverage before import.

Set the decision compass: choose up to three values, your current context, planning horizon, and usual focus window.
Write freely. The planner shows what it understood and what still needs clarification before import.
Review each action, its details, type, effort, and group, and edit anything needing clarification — the importance/urgency classification also shows a short reason for that placement.
Choose which groups deserve projects; other groups do not become random projects.
Import the selection. A failed item stays saved for retry and the failure is shown clearly.

Make progress an optional adventure

Adventure reads the same tasks. It creates no parallel workload and keeps XP separate from Zayenha Hub points.

Choose your character shape and palette, then unlock new worlds as real XP grows.
Choose a task and 1–180 minutes, then start Shadow Chase, Lantern Trail, or Gate Breaker.
Complete the task from any view. Your progress appears once even after a weak connection or retry.
Undoing completion reverses the reward, and completing again does not inflate the balance.
Share an achievement card or short progress summary through an expiring link and revoke it whenever you wish. Progress links do not reveal task titles.

Follow family tasks safely

Family profiles stay separate from friends and public sharing. Each member has an expiring invite and a separate browser session.

Add the member, choose the appropriate role, then create a temporary invite.
After the invite is consumed, the app issues a separate session; reissuing the invite revokes older sessions.
Assign a task and follow its status and the member’s reaction. Removing a reaction is persisted.
Family tasks use the same plan limit so the counter stays accurate across every creation path.

Keep going through a weak connection without mixing accounts

The app caches public assets and pending operations locally and isolates every queue by account and workspace.

If the connection drops during creation, the operation remains on your device with a stable ID.
When connection returns, operations are sent in order and in batches without duplicating a task that already saved.
Conflicting or failed operations remain available for review and retry; they are never silently deleted.
Switching accounts suspends the previous account’s queue instead of sending it under another account.

Track your loyalty tier and invite friends

Your account is unified with Zayenha Hub; the Account page shows your balance, loyalty tier, and invite link directly, without leaving the app.

Open “Account” to see your points balance, current loyalty tier, and points remaining to the next tier.
Copy your invite link from the “Invite friends” card and share it; you earn points when each friend joins.
Referral stats (successful referrals and points earned) update automatically in the same card.

Getting started questions

Do I have to start with a project?

No. Start with one task and turn it into a project only when the outcome becomes larger than one action.

Is the game required?

No. Adventure is optional; you can use lists and projects without it, and the task data stays the same.

Where does my pinned phrase appear?

It is a general setting shown on your daily dashboard and can be customized from the dashboard or Adventure. You do not have to use Adventure.

What happens if I edit from two devices?

The app compares the task version before saving. If a newer version exists, it asks you to resolve the conflict instead of overwriting it.
