For personal projects and small teams
Project management software built around real tasks
If a project has an outcome, stages, owners, and deadlines, a scattered spreadsheet may no longer be enough. Zayenha Task lets you start with one task and grow it into a project whose stages and progress are visible in the professional view. Here is what it supports—and what it does not promise.

What can you organize?
- Project stages and their actions, so the delivery goal does not disappear among today’s errands.
- Task dates in a monthly calendar colored by project, with reminders for commitments that need alerts.
- Priorities and items waiting on a decision or another person, rather than treating every row as equal.
- A real project shared with another account. Visibility and editing depend on plan permissions; check the plans before relying on joint editing.
- Templates for repeated tasks or projects and a Pro smart planner for turning a messy list into editable suggested actions.
Example: launch a new service
Define the outcome as “the service page is published and ready for requests.” Create stages for requirements, copy, design, review, and publishing. Give each stage specific actions and dates only when needed. In a weekly review, ask what was finished and what blocks the next stage. If the method is new to you, start with the project-management guide.
Who is it for—and when should you choose something else?
It fits personal projects and small-team coordination when you want a simple next step plus more detail as work grows. We do not present it as a verified replacement for enterprise resource management, Gantt or Primavera workflows, accounting, contracts, or PMP training. If any of those are mandatory, assess a specialist system before migrating work. You can still use Task to organize your own actions within a larger company project.
Begin with the smallest useful setup
Create an outcome and its first task; add stages once the work becomes clear. Use the simple view for the next action or the professional view for portfolio and progress. Before importing a long list, decide who owns each action and what “done” means.
Common questions
Can I share a project?
Yes. Project sharing connects a real project to another account. Viewing and editing permissions vary by plan, so check the plans.
Does it include Gantt charts or enterprise resource planning?
We do not claim those. This page describes the current stages, tasks, progress, calendar, and sharing features.
