A reminder tied to a clear action
An appointment reminder works when you know what to do next
“Don’t forget” is rarely enough. Name the action, time, and context: “send the file before the client meeting” or “bring documents on Tuesday.” A useful reminder leads to a next step rather than another notification to ignore.

Write an actionable reminder
Start with a specific verb and add a real date or time. If the work needs preparation, create an earlier step instead of one alert at the deadline. Save interruptions for commitments that warrant attention; too many alerts hide important ones.
Review Calendar and missed work
See dates across the month and check tasks due today. If a time passes, decide whether to do the action now, move it to a new realistic date, or remove it. Clarify vague tasks before adding more alerts to them.
What Zayenha Task reminders do
You can attach a reminder to a task and enable browser notifications for due work, subject to browser permission and plan. The current product guide states one reminder per task in Free and up to five in Pro. This is not a specialist medical or prayer-time alert service. For sensitive health or religious timing, use an appropriate authoritative source and dedicated service rather than a general task alone.
Common questions
Can an alert appear after I close the tab?
The product guide describes browser notifications for due tasks with the tab closed, provided browser permission and compatible conditions are in place.
Does every task need a reminder?
No. Use reminders for time-sensitive work; keep flexible actions in Today.
